We, the students of Class X of your esteemed institution, beg most respectfully to draw your kind attention to our academic preparation for the forthcoming Madhyamik Examination.

While our regular syllabus is nearly complete, many of us are facing significant difficulties in solving complex algebraic problems in Mathematics and mastering transformation of sentences and writing skills in English. With only a few months left for the final exams, intensive doubt-clearing sessions and mock paper solving would greatly bolster our confidence.

We therefore earnestly pray that you kindly grant permission and arrange for one hour of special remedial classes in these two subjects after regular school hours. For this act of kindness, we shall remain deeply obliged to you.
