Mango pickle is a tasty food item that enriches our daily meals. At first, fresh green mangoes are bought from the market, sorted, and the rotten ones are removed. Next, the good mangoes are washed cleanly and wiped dry. After that, they are cut into pieces and the seeds are discarded. Thereafter, the pieces are dried in the sun to remove moisture. Subsequently, salt, mustard oil, chili powder, and spices are mixed thoroughly with them. Finally, the mixture is kept in a clean glass jar in the sun for a few days. Thus, delicious mango pickle is ready to serve.
