Notice Writing: Educational Excursion / Tour | Class 9

All students of Class IX are hereby notified that the Students’ Excursion Committee of our school has arranged a two-day educational tour to the renowned historical city of Murshidabad during the forth-coming autumn break. The study excursion aims to provide firsthand visual appreciation of Bengal's rich historical architecture, enriching students' syllabus knowledge of medieval history.

The tour party will depart from the school campus by luxury hired tourist bus on the 10th of October, 2026, at 6:00 AM and is scheduled to return on the 11th of October, 2026, by 8:30 PM. The itinerary encompasses guided visits to Hazarduari Palace, Katra Mosque, Motijheel, Wasif Manzil, and the tomb of Siraj-ud-Daulah at Khoshbagh. Four senior teachers, including two lady teachers, will escort and supervise the students throughout the journey.

The subsidized fee per student has been fixed at ₹1,200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred only), which includes comfortable lodging, all meals, travel, and entry tickets. Interested students must collect the prescribed parent consent form from the school office and submit the filled-in slip along with the excursion fee to their respective class teachers on or before the 3rd of October, 2026. As seats are strictly limited to sixty students on a first-come, first-served basis, prompt registration is strongly advised.
